There is no specific parking for the event but there are parking lots near Mirano.

When should I arrive at the event?

Doors open at 11 p.m. and last entry is at 4 a.m.

If I leave, can I re-enter?

No, any exit from Mirano is final.

How old do you have to be to attend the event?

The minimum age is 18. You must bring a valid ID.

Is there a dress code?

Smoking is allowed only in dedicated areas.

There will be bars at the event and a foodtruck at the exit of Mirano (please remember, any exit is final).

No, it is strictly forbidden to bring your own food and/or drink.

Yes, a cloakroom is available for €2.

Is there access for people with disabilities?

There is disabled access available to enter Mirano, however the toilets are not wheelchair accessible.

What does the ticket include?

The ticket includes access to the Brussels 360 evening on the chosen date.

Should I print my ticket?

No, your ticket will be available directly on the Fever app.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, it is possible to transfer one or more tickets free of charge to the person of your choice. In the Fever app, click on your tickets then on “Transfer my tickets”.

I can't find my ticket, what should I do?

Once you've made your purchase, you need to follow these steps:

Download the Fever app
Log in with the same login method (email, Facebook, Gmail or Apple ID) that you used when you purchased your tickets
Click on Profile and you will be able to find your tickets in the Tickets section.

If you want to change your contact email address, you can do so in “Profile” > “Edit Profile”. Once this is done, if you wish, we can send you your purchase confirmation email again. Remember that in any case, you have to show your ticket from the app and you can find the instructions there.

Are there tickets on the door?

Yes, if there are seats left on the day, you can buy tickets at the event.

Are the tickets valid for other dates of the event?

No, tickets are not valid for other dates. Tickets are only valid for the event date listed on them.

Can I change my ticket?

Our policy allows you to change the date of the event up to 48 hours before the original event. After this date, no cancellations or changes will be possible. To change your ticket, you will need to contact our customer service department.
